Produced for Naturepedic, this documentary highlights One Step at a Time, a nonprofit providing safe, affordable housing for young adults aging out of foster care. The film focuses on the people behind the work—capturing their daily interactions, challenges, and successes rather than simply outlining the organization’s mission. I handled all camera work while coaching Naturepedic’s social media manager on interview techniques to foster natural, conversational exchanges. The documentary underscores the tangible impact of community support, including Naturepedic’s donation of new mattresses to help residents begin their independent lives with stability and dignity.
