Naturepedic is a vertically integrated premium organic mattress and bedding manufacturer operating across the D2C eCommerce, national retail partnerships, and 20+ company owned showrooms. As part of the Marketing and Creative team, I led revenue generating visual production while building scalable marketing infrastructure that reduced costs, accelerated product launches, and improved operational efficiency.

• Directed, edited, and produced in-house video and photo content across eCommerce, paid social, organic, and CTV channels; delivered 60+ assets per promotional cycle, contributing to paid campaigns on Meta Platforms generating $116K revenue on $14K spend (8.3× ROAS)

• Spearheaded vendor evaluation and RFP process to launch a scalable 3D photography program across 50+ SKUs using CGI and AI-assisted workflows. Reduced time-to-market by several weeks by replacing location-based photo shoots, while enabling marketing assets to be deployed before inventory arrival. Assets supported PDPs, paid media, retail signage, print, and enabled dynamic variant imagery for eCommerce merchandising

• Identified asset management and redundancy risks; proposed, budgeted, and deployed 72TB RAID-configured NAS infrastructure, centralizing storage, mitigating data loss risk, and improving cross-team accessibility of large video files while reducing long-term storage costs

• Established a centralized digital signage platform across 20+ retail locations, eliminating recurring shipping and update inefficiencies, while enabling real-time content updates

• Led vendor selection and contract management for an enterprise music licensing workflow, ensuring copyright compliance and enabling efficient, scalable video production
